The website https://events.netexplo.com (hereinafter "the Site") is published by SAS HappeningCo, Société par Actions Simplifiée, whose registered office is at 264 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 447 906 165, having the capacity of data controller within the meaning of the regulations on personal data, in particular the General Regulation (EU) No. 2016-679 on the Protection of Personal Data of Natural Persons (RGPD). 

 1. What personal data is processed? 

 Depending on the services of the Site used, the Personal Data processed are mainly: your name, first name, email address, company, function, content consulted, presence at events, as well as your connection logs (hereinafter the "Data") 

 2. How do we collect your personal data? 

 This Data is collected either on the basis of your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract. The fight against fraud is based on the legitimate interest of the Company. 

 3. Why do we collect your personal data? 

 Thus, your Data is collected, in particular, in order to : Create and manage your user account; Allow you to access our platform and our content related to the events (live, replay, programme, speakers, partners...); Carry out statistics and audience measurements. 

 4. To whom do we transmit your personal data? 

 As the company responsible for processing, HappeningCo may transmit your personal data to (i) possible sub-contractors of HappeningCo for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (hosting and maintenance service providers for the Site, etc.), (ii) third parties in the event of restructuring of our company, including the total or partial transfer of assets, mergers, acquisitions, demergers and, more generally, any reorganisation operation, and (iii) to the pilots of the projects within your company. Finally, HappeningCo may be required to communicate your Data to third parties when such communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a judicial decision, or if this communication is necessary to ensure the protection and defence of its rights. 

 5. Transfers of data outside the European Union 

 No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is carried out by HappeningCo, nor by its subcontractors.

6. What are your rights? 

 In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its deletion, to object to its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applicable. This request for rights can be made directly by post and sent to the following address HappeningCo - Events - 264, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris or by direct e-mail to the address: privacy@netexplo.org, or to dpo@lesechosleparisien.fr. Proof of identity may be requested. 

 7. How long do we keep your personal data? 

 Data relating to the creation of your user account will be kept by HappeningCo for 1 year following the date of the last event for which you are registered. At the end of this period, this data will be destroyed. Finally, the connection logs collected, subject to your agreement, within the framework of the cookies and other tracers set up on our Site, will be kept in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months.
